At Goonjar, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all users. These Community Standards outline the rules and guidelines that help us maintain this commitment and ensure our platform remains a space where everyone can connect, share, and communicate safely.
Child Safety and Protection
Goonjar has ZERO TOLERANCE for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).Any content, behavior, or communication that involves, promotes, or facilitates CSAE is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
Prohibited CSAE Content Includes:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
- Grooming, exploitation, or trafficking of minors
- Sexualized content involving individuals under 18 years of age
- Communication intended to lure or exploit minors
- Sharing or distribution of exploitative content involving children
- Any discussion or promotion of child sexual abuse
Age Requirements:
- Users must be 13 years or older to create an account
- Users aged 13-17 have additional safety protections
- Adults interacting with minors must follow strict guidelines
Reporting Child Safety Violations
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately through our in-app reporting feature or contact our dedicated Child Safety Team.

How to Report:
- Use the in-app "Report" feature on any message or content
- Select "Child Safety" as the report category
- Provide as much detail as possible
- Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours

- Treat all users with respect and kindness
- No harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
- Respect different opinions and backgrounds
- No hate speech or discriminatory content
Content Standards
- No spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
- No violent, graphic, or disturbing content
- Respect intellectual property rights
- No illegal activities or prohibited content
Privacy and Security
- Respect others' privacy and personal information
- No unauthorized sharing of private conversations
- Report security vulnerabilities responsibly
- Use authentic identity and information
Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of these Community Standards may result in:
- Warning or temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Content removal and restriction
- Legal action for serious violations
- Reporting to law enforcement when required
For CSAE violations, we will immediately:
- Permanently ban the user account
- Remove all offending content
- Report to appropriate authorities
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
Appeals Process
If you believe your account or content was wrongly removed, you can appeal by:

- Providing your account details and case information
- Explaining why you believe the action was incorrect
- Our team will review within 5 business days
Note: CSAE violations are not eligible for appeal and result in permanent removal.

We may update these Community Standards periodically to reflect changes in our platform, user feedback, and evolving safety requirements. Users will be notified of significant changes through in-app notifications or email.
