By downloading, installing, or using the Goonjar messaging and community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Age Requirements and Child Safety

Goonjar maintains ZERO TOLERANCE for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).We are committed to protecting children and will:

• Immediately remove any CSAE content
• Permanently ban accounts involved in CSAE
• Report all CSAE incidents to law enforcement
• Cooperate with child protection agencies
• Maintain 24/7 child safety monitoring

Prohibited Conduct Involving Minors

• Any sexual content involving minors
• Grooming, exploitation, or trafficking
• Inappropriate communication with users under 18
• Sharing harmful or dangerous content to minors
• Violating any child protection laws

• Communicating with friends, family, and communities
• Sharing appropriate content and media
• Creating and joining communities
• Using features as intended and designed

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities or content

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and share on Goonjar. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our service.

Content Standards

• You are responsible for the content you share

Termination

Termination by Goonjar

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms or Community Standards
• CSAE or child safety violations (permanent, no appeal)
• Illegal activities or content
• Harm to other users or the platform
• Non-payment for premium features (if applicable)

Effect of Termination

• Access to your account will be terminated
• Some data may be retained for legal/safety purposes
• Content may remain if shared with others
• Termination does not affect legal obligations

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

Arbitration
